Return Policy

At APEXTIDES, we are committed to delivering high-quality research materials and ensuring customer satisfaction within the bounds of our product category and applicable regulations. By purchasing from APEXTIDES, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed and shipped.

Our products are intended strictly for laboratory and research use only. For safety, compliance, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot restock or resell returned items, even if they are unopened.

Exceptions & Order Issues

We will only consider replacements or refunds under the following limited circumstances:

  • Incorrect items received (e.g., you received a product different from what was ordered)
  • Products damaged during shipping (must provide photographic evidence)
  • Missing items from your order
  • Package not delivered, only if the tracking number does not confirm delivery by the carrier

In any of the above cases, you must contact us at apextidesllc@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photo evidence, if applicable

We will review your case and may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are considered case-by-case and only when necessary.

Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages

APEXTIDES is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with:

  • Neighbors or building staff
  • Your local post office or courier
  • Any alternate delivery locations (parcel lockers, front desk, etc.)

We are also not responsible for packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Failure to pay customs/import fees (for international orders)

No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.


International Orders

All international sales are final. APEXTIDES is not liable for delays, seizures, or losses caused by customs clearance procedures in your country. No refunds or reshipments will be made for packages that are seized, rejected, or destroyed by customs or import authorities.
